I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very nice, with a nice variety of nourishing items. My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms smelled unpleasant initially like a wet dog and a vet's office, the switch to a different room made a significant improvement, offering a clean and very nice space. The service provided was impressive, with friendly and efficient staff who even recommended a great place for pizza. The breakfast, though typical for a Holiday Inn Express, was satisfying. The location was convenient, close to various restaurants and right off I-40. However, I was surprised to find no little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the room.
